INTESA SANPAOLO: THE MANAGEMENT BOARD AUTHORISES THE WINDING UP OF AGOS JOINT VENTURE
Torino, Milano, 11 December 2007 – Intesa Sanpaolo’s Management Board met today under the chairmanship of Enrico Salza and mandated the Managing Director to agree with Crédit Agricole upon winding up beforehand AGOS S.p.A, the joint venture in the consumer credit business in Italy, through the sale to the Crédit Agricole group of Intesa Sanpaolo’s 49% total interest in AGOS. Any further development will be duly disclosed to the market.
