INTESA SANPAOLO: COLLABORATION WITH PIETRO MODIANO MUTUALLY TERMINATED
Torino, Milano, 11 December 2008 – Today, Pietro Modiano and Intesa Sanpaolo have mutually agreed to terminate their collaboration.
Giovanni Bazoli, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Enrico Salza, Chairman of the Management Board, express their great appreciation for Pietro Modiano’s commitment during the first two years of the integration between Sanpaolo IMI and Banca Intesa.
