INTESA SANPAOLO: SUPERVISORY BOARD
Turin - Milan, May 21st 2013 – At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board acknowledged the resignation of Giuseppe Berta as board member owing to personal reasons. In accordance with article 23.9 of the Articles of Association, Giuseppe Berta was replaced by Marcella Sarale (the first non-appointed candidate belonging to the same list). The Supervisory Board, based on the declaration made by Marcella Sarale, verified that she meets the independence requirements set forth in the Corporate Governance Code promoted by the Italian Stock Exchange.
Board member Marcella Sarale replaces Giuseppe Berta on the Financial Statements Committee established within the Supervisory Board.
