INTESA SANPAOLO: SUPERVISORY BOARD
Turin - Milan, May 22nd 2014 – As unanimously proposed by its Nomination Committee, the Supervisory Board of Intesa Sanpaolo, at a meeting held today, has unanimously appointed Stefano Del Punta to the Management Board - thus restoring the latter to its full complement after Francesco Micheli’s resignation - and has indicated the newly-appointed member to the Management Board as executive chosen from the Group’s managers.
