INTESA SANPAOLO: PARTIAL DEMERGER OF SETEFI S.P.A. IN FAVOUR OF INTESA SANPAOLO S.P.A.
Turin - Milan, 9 December 2015 – Notice is hereby given that on 9 December 2015, the minutes of the Management Board’s meeting held on 23 November 2015 were made available at the Company’s Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket Storage. At the aforementioned meeting, the Management Board, pursuant to article 2505, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code, as provided for by article 17.2 of the Articles of Association, approved the partial demerger of Setefi S.p.A. in favour of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A..
On 2 December 2015, the aforementioned minutes were registered in the Turin Company Register.
