INTESA SANPAOLO: FILING NOTICE

Turin - Milan, 6 July 2022 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the amended Articles of Association were made available today at the Company’s Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com. The amended Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 5 July 2022 following the new composition of the Bank’s share capital as a result of the capital increases executed on 30 June 2022 under the 2022-2025 LECOIP 3.0 Long-term Incentive Plan based on financial instruments.
